SPED e-FINANCEIRA is a simple solution for digitally signing, encrypting and sending files with accessory obligations relating to the Federal Revenue Service's e-Financeira System - SPED.
SPED e-FINANCEIRA can be run as a stand-alone system, where operations are controlled via an intuitive graphical interface, or it can be integrated with your tax system.
Recently, IN No. 2,278/2025 brought the ancillary obligations of Payment Institutions (PI) and Payment Arrangement Participants into line with those already imposed on traditional financial institutions.
As a result, Payment Institutions and Payment Arrangement Participants (and other authorized financial and payment institutions with specific e-money and accreditation functions), especially those dealing with e-money and payment accreditation, are the ones that have had their reporting obligations (mainly via e-Finance) extended or detailed, including the need to ensure compliance in delivery.
These institutions, even if they don't carry out financial transactions, are now obliged to send a report stating "no transactions".
